Sophie broke her finger on a wheelchair. Cheraya is blazing the Oregon Trail, in search of education. Everyone is drink dancing, like the Russians. Or very similar to the Russians. Balsa wood planes circle the alley, and are retrieved and carried back to the 8th floor, 10th floor. (A relative of Oregon Pines.)
